Senior data leadership, on demand

Your data already knows. We make it talk.

Hoza turns scattered systems into numbers your team can trust — faster cash, fewer stockouts, fewer manual hours. No data department required.

01The problem

Five systems. Three days per report. Two answers to one question.

Your data lives everywhere and agrees nowhere. Reports take days to assemble by hand. Two people pull the same metric and walk into the same meeting with different numbers.

You don't need more dashboards. You need someone to fix what's underneath them — and someone who knows what makes the thing on top worth opening.

02How we work

Start small. Compound from there.

Not sure where your numbers break? That's the audit.

2–3 weeks, fixed scope. Ends in a working session, not a PDF.

01Services

One front door. Everything else follows.

Every engagement starts with the audit. It's how we earn the right to build anything — and how you find out what's worth building.

Operations Data Audit

A structured diagnostic of how data actually moves through your business. Where it comes from, where it breaks, and what it's costing you.

  • A map of every system, source, and handoff
  • A definitions review — where the same metric means different things
  • A ranked list of what's broken, by cost of not fixing it
  • A concrete roadmap: what to fix first, and what it takes

Timeline: 2–3 weeks · fixed scope · ends in a working session, not a PDF you'll never read

The Metrics Definition Problem: Why Your Dashboards Disagree

Coming soon

Two teams pull the same number and get different answers. Here's why, and what it costs.

Whitepaper

You Don't Need a Data Team. You Need a Data Pipeline.

Coming soon

The most expensive way to solve a data problem is to hire your way out of it.

Whitepaper
Case studies publish as client work completes. Every Hoza engagement ends with a documented result. When the first ones close, they'll live here — with real numbers, not illustrative ones.
01Labs

What we're building

Consulting shows us the same problems over and over. When a problem shows up often enough, we build the tool for it. Labs is where that work lives.

In development

Dashboard tool

Data visibility for teams that can't wait on an engineering backlog. The hard part was never the chart — it's the pipeline underneath it, and keeping that pipeline alive without a data team to babysit it.

Built from a problem we kept finding in the audit

More to come. Every engagement is a chance to find the next one. When a problem shows up across enough clients, it earns a build — and it shows up here.
01About

The translator between a business problem and the analytics that solve it

Most data projects fail at the last mile. The pipeline gets built, the dashboard gets shipped, and nobody opens it — because it was engineered instead of designed.

I've spent the last several years on both sides of that gap: translating messy business problems into analytics systems, and shipping software products that people actually use. Hoza exists because those two skills almost never live in the same person, and the work suffers for it.

Background · Data

Enterprise analytics, end to end. Years spent as a data product manager delivering reporting across sales, inventory, manufacturing, and fulfillment — from pipeline to the executive dashboard that actually gets opened.

Background · Product

Shipped B2B SaaS people used. Built and delivered workflow software and AI-powered products for business users — the discipline of making software people choose, not tolerate.

Tell us where the numbers hurt.

We'll tell you if an audit is the right first step — honestly.
